Corey Heim Wins Texas Truck Race in Overtime

Corey Heim secured his third win of the 2025 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series season at Texas Motor Speedway, driving the No. 11 Tricon Garage Toyota. Heim led 96 of 174 laps and finished 0.279 seconds ahead of Daniel Hemric, with Rajah Caruth and Tyler Ankrum rounding out the top four. The race featured multiple late-race incidents, including a major crash involving Stewart Friesen, Grant Enfinger, and Chandler Smith that triggered a red flag with 11 laps remaining. Heim maintained composure through double overtime and challenging restarts, later expressing pride in his team. This victory strengthens Heim’s lead in the season standings, where he now has three wins, seven top-tens, and five top-fives in eight starts. The next Truck Series race, the Heart of America 200, will be held on May 10 at Kansas Speedway.
