Multiple Rapists Sentenced Across UK, India, Zimbabwe for Serial Abuses

Multiple cases of sexual abuse and rape have resulted in lengthy prison sentences across different regions. Dean MacGregor was sentenced to a 17-year extended sentence for a decade-long spree of abuse against women and teenage girls in Scotland, involving violent assaults and multiple rapes. In India, a 35-year-old man received 20 years of rigorous imprisonment for raping a 9-year-old girl, with compensation ordered for the victim. Two men in England were jailed for raping a woman after coercing her into drinking wine, receiving sentences of seven years and nine months, and six years respectively. Alexander Fleming was sentenced to ten years for raping two women, threatening a schoolgirl, and inflicting psychological abuse in Lanarkshire, Scotland. In Zimbabwe, Elphas Mapfumo was sentenced to 35 years for ambushing and raping two primary school children, aged seven and eight, on separate occasions.
