Trump Organization Announces Dubai Tower Project, Enhancing Regional Portfolio

The Trump Organization, in partnership with Dar Global, has announced plans for the Trump International Hotel & Tower in Dubai, marking their first high-rise and the only Trump-branded tower in the Middle East. The 80-story skyscraper will feature luxury residences, suites, private lounges, and what is billed as the world’s highest outdoor pool, plus distinctive sky-pool penthouses inspired by the Trump Tower penthouse in New York. The new tower, set in Dubai’s Downtown district with views of the Burj Khalifa and Arabian Sea, highlights deepening business ties between the Trump Organization and the Gulf region. The project coincides with President Donald Trump’s upcoming visit to Gulf nations, adding to ongoing discussions about the intersection of his business interests and political influence. This development is the fifth collaboration between the Trump Organization and Dar Global, following other projects in Oman and Saudi Arabia.
