Four Arrested, Two Sought in Shreveport Job Corps Attempted Murder
On October 1, a woman sitting in her car outside the Job Corps Center in Shreveport was critically injured in a shooting and rushed to Ochsner LSU Health for life-threatening injuries. Shreveport Police Department arrested Cortrina Hood-Price, 51, and Taylor Price, 30, charging them with principal to attempted first-degree murder. Two additional suspects, Lashon Lee, 41, and Stantrez Lewis, 27, were initially at large and considered armed and dangerous, with police circulating their photos and seeking public assistance. Lewis turned himself in on October 21 after his mother informed police, and Lee was later apprehended by Alexandria Police Department. Surveillance footage played a key role in identifying the suspects and showed a female leaving the scene while the shooters awaited the victim. The investigation remains active, with authorities urging anyone with information to contact them or Crime Stoppers for anonymity and rewards.
