Baton Rouge Business Sues YouTuber Agent Ratliff Over Federal Agent Prank

Carliemar White III, known as YouTube prankster Agent Ratliff, is being sued by Holmes Building Materials and supervisor Derek Jones in Baton Rouge for posing as a fake federal agent from a fictional organization called OCDA in a prank video. White contests the allegations, stating he never claimed to be part of OSHA and describes OCDA as his own company that channels employee complaints to management.
