Fires Break Out Across Pulaski, Walthamstow, Dewsbury, Derby

Several significant fires broke out recently in both the United States and the United Kingdom. In downtown Pulaski, Virginia, a fire erupted on the top floor of an apartment building, prompting responses from local fire departments, though details on injuries or the cause remain unknown. In the UK, a fire in the roof space above terraced shops in Derby sent a large plume of smoke into the sky, led to road closures, and is under investigation, with multiple fire engines called to the scene and no reported injuries. Another blaze in Dewsbury engulfed the former Time Piece pub, requiring extensive firefighting resources, while a separate fire in Walthamstow damaged part of a flat, believed to have been accidentally caused by hot works, but resulted in no injuries.
