Katie Ledecky delivered a historic showing at the 2025 TYR Pro Swim Series in Fort Lauderdale, posting the second-fastest times ever in both the 1500m (15:24.51) and 400m (3:56.81) freestyle events. In the 1500m, she won by nearly 40 seconds, extending her streak of dominance and holding the top 22 fastest times in the event's history. Ledecky also claimed victory in the 400m freestyle after a late surge to overtake Canadian rival Summer McIntosh, marking her fastest 400m since the 2016 Olympics.
