BJP Activist Murdered in Andhra Pradesh

A 54-year-old BJP activist, U Sekhanna, was brutally murdered in Peddaharivanam village, Kurnool district, while sleeping outside his home. Unidentified attackers reportedly slit his throat in the early hours of Monday, prompting an urgent police investigation into potential political motives, as Sekhanna had recently switched from the YSR Congress Party to the BJP. Local officials, including Adoni DSP Somanna, have stated that various angles are being explored, and special teams have been formed to apprehend the suspects.
