Haryana CM Assures Farmers of Full Paddy Procurement

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini visited grain markets in Kurukshetra, assuring farmers that all paddy would be procured at Minimum Support Price (MSP) and payments would be made promptly. During his inspections in Pipli, Ladwa, and Babain, he engaged with farmers and officials, emphasizing the need for timely lifting of paddy to prevent storage issues. Saini warned that any negligence in procurement operations would result in strict action against officials, reiterating the government's commitment to farmers' interests. He also checked the moisture levels of paddy arriving at the markets and addressed farmers' concerns regarding delays and deductions in payments. The BJP's recent electoral success, securing 48 seats in the Assembly, was also highlighted during Saini's visit. The Chief Minister's proactive approach aims to enhance the efficiency of the procurement process amid reported challenges in the grain markets.
