Big Ten Plans Basketball Tournaments in Las Vegas, Extends Indianapolis Football Hosting Through 2028

The Big Ten conference announced it will host its men’s and women’s basketball tournaments in Las Vegas once each over the next four years, specifically scheduling the 2027 women’s and 2028 men’s tournaments at Las Vegas’ T-Mobile Arena. This move acknowledges the addition of four West Coast schools—USC, UCLA, Oregon, and Washington—to the conference, which previously belonged to the Pac-12. Separately, St. Cloud State's men's hockey team completed their non-conference schedule with consecutive wins over Alaska Anchorage, while their women’s team was swept by Ohio State. The Gannon Golden Knights split their weekend matches, maintaining a strong position in the PSAC West with six remaining regular-season matches, including critical upcoming games to clinch the division's top seed.
