Karan Johar, Akshay Lead ₹40 Crore Fashion Series

JioCinema/Disney+ Hotstar will premiere Pitch to Get Rich, a fashion-entrepreneur reality series produced by the Fashion Entrepreneur Fund in collaboration with Karan Johar’s Dharmatic Entertainment, on October 20, 2025. The series brings Bollywood judges and mentors Karan Johar, Akshay Kumar, Manish Malhotra and Malaika Arora together with business leaders including Naveen Jindal, Dhruv Sharma, Ravi Jaipuria, Darpan Sanghvi, Gaurav Dalmia, Vagish Pathak and Vinod Dugar. Fourteen selected founders will pitch fashion startups, tackle real-world business challenges and compete for mentorship and a reported ₹40 crore investment pool to scale their ventures. Teasers feature celebrity guest appearances such as Saif and Sara Ali Khan and Ananya Panday, highlighting the show's blend of glamour and grit. Producers and executives including Apoorva Mehta of Dharmatic and Fashion Entrepreneur Fund founder Sanjay Nigam say the format aims to mainstream homegrown design talent and catalyze ‘Make in India’ fashion entrepreneurship.
