Crime 101 Trailer Reveals Star-Studded Heist Film

Amazon MGM Studios and director Bart Layton have released the first trailer for Crime 101, an adaptation of Don Winslow’s novella set along the U.S. 101 freeway. Chris Hemsworth stars as an elusive jewel thief plotting one last multimillion-dollar score, with Halle Berry as a disillusioned insurance broker who becomes his uneasy ally and Mark Ruffalo as the relentless detective closing in. The ensemble also includes Barry Keoghan, Monica Barbaro, Corey Hawkins, Jennifer Jason Leigh and Nick Nolte; Hemsworth and Layton are among the producers. Amazon MGM will distribute the film in the U.S. while Sony handles international distribution, and footage premiered at CinemaCon; Crime 101 is slated to open in theaters on February 13, 2026.
