Armed Robbery Spree Hits Five 7-Elevens Across Southern California

A group of armed robbers targeted five 7-Eleven stores across Pasadena, Los Angeles, and Baldwin Park during a crime spree on April 18, using a stolen blue Hyundai Sonata and a blue steel handgun with an extended magazine to intimidate employees. Surveillance footage captured the suspects demanding money and coordinating their actions inside the stores. The spree began in the early morning and continued until late at night, culminating in an attempted robbery and subsequent police pursuit that ended in South Los Angeles. Three suspects, including 21-year-old Jacuri Tobias and two juveniles aged 15 and 17, were arrested following the pursuit, though one individual remains at large. Authorities are seeking additional victims and have not yet recovered the weapon used in the robberies. Police encourage anyone with information about the incidents to come forward.
