E.ON, Eos Energy advance UK battery storage projects

E.ON and Superdielectrics have formed a collaboration to develop a new polymer-based energy storage technology in the UK, aiming to provide affordable and cleaner power to households while potentially saving consumers up to 85% on energy bills. Concurrently, Eos Energy has signed a memorandum of understanding with Frontier Power to enter the UK market with a 5 GWh energy storage framework utilizing its Znyth battery technology, which supports long-duration energy storage initiatives.
