Memorial Services Nationwide Honor Fallen Officers

Communities across the United States recently held memorial ceremonies to honor law enforcement officers who lost their lives in the line of duty. Berrien County, Michigan, also plans an annual service to read the names of all its fallen officers dating back over a century, with ceremonies including a 21-gun salute and recognition for surviving families. Similar gatherings were held in San Francisco and Memphis, with each community emphasizing the enduring importance of honoring officers' sacrifices and supporting their families. These events underscore the ongoing commitment to remember those who gave their lives while serving and protecting their communities.
