Annual General Meetings Approve Resolutions for Multiple Companies
Several major Swedish companies held their Annual General Meetings (AGMs) in late April 2025, resulting in key decisions on dividends, board elections, and remuneration. ASSA ABLOY AB approved a dividend of SEK 5.90 per share to be paid in two installments, re-elected its Board and auditor, and authorized share repurchases. Bufab AB set a dividend of SEK 5.25 per share, re-elected most of its Board, and elected one new member. BE Group AB decided not to pay a dividend, carried forward available funds, and elected a new Board member while maintaining existing fees. Fabege AB approved a dividend of SEK 2.00 per share to be paid in four installments, re-elected its Board with one new member, and set board and committee fees. Getinge AB approved a dividend of SEK 4.60 per share, re-elected most of its Board, elected one new member, and set detailed remuneration for Board and committee work. All companies discharged their Boards and CEOs from liability for the previous financial year.
