3-Year-Old Boy Drowns in Pennsylvania Pond

A 3-year-old boy was found unresponsive in a pond at Wilson Farm Park in Tredyffrin Township, Chester County, on Monday evening after reports of a missing child led police to the scene. Despite attempts to resuscitate him, he was pronounced dead shortly after being taken to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia's King of Prussia campus. Police have not released the child's identity or the cause of death, and an investigation is ongoing. Tredyffrin Police Captain Tyler Moyer stated that the pond is not meant for public use and is surrounded by signs prohibiting swimming and fishing.
