Penn State Unveils $700 Million Beaver Stadium Renovation Plans for 2027

Penn State Athletics has unveiled detailed plans for premium club-level seating on the west side of Beaver Stadium, set to open in 2027 as part of a $700 million renovation. The Schuyler Family Club and Marzano Club will offer cushioned, chairback seats in private areas with all-inclusive food and beverages, including alcohol, plus access to exclusive lounges with bars and TVs. Fans must make a $200 refundable deposit per seat by May 16 to reserve a spot, and purchase requires a one-time $10,000 capital gift (payable over three years) in addition to seat pricing that starts at $4,500 and varies by location. Club seating assignments will be based on Nittany Lion Club Priority Points, as demand is expected to exceed supply for the approximately 4,500 available seats. The Marzano Club, funded in part by a $5 million donor gift, will feature the stadium's largest lounge, while the Schuyler Family Club will offer some of the best views close to the field. Additional premium options, such as executive suites and loge boxes, are already sold out.
