Son Heung-min ruled out of Europa League semi-final first leg against Bodo/Glimt

Tottenham Hotspur captain Son Heung-min has been ruled out of the first leg of the Europa League semi-final against Bodo/Glimt due to a persistent foot injury, having not featured for the team since their draw with Eintracht Frankfurt on April 10. Manager Ange Postecoglou confirmed that Son is still training separately from the main squad and is not ready to return, disappointing fans who had hoped he might at least be available as a substitute. Son's absence from recent training sessions makes his participation in the second leg in Norway uncertain as well.
