Three Arrests in Bus-Stop Indecent-Exposure Cases

Police in Boston, Fairfield Township (Ohio) and Winchester (Kentucky) have arrested suspects in separate indecent-exposure incidents near school bus stops. Boston officers, who had released photos and asked for public help, arrested 69-year-old Jorge Cartagena of Allston and charged him with open and gross lewdness in connection with reports a man exposed and touched himself near 835 Huntington Ave.; he is expected to be arraigned in West Roxbury District Court. In Fairfield Township, 43-year-old Brandon Kuhlenberg was arrested after students reported a driver touching himself next to a school bus on State Route 4 Bypass and was booked on a public-indecency charge. In Winchester, 67-year-old Elvis Jones was arrested near a bus stop after reports he approached teenage girls with his genitalia exposed; officers say he resisted arrest and faces first-degree indecent-exposure and resisting-arrest charges, and investigations remain ongoing with authorities urging anyone with information to contact local detectives or tip lines.
