13-Year-Old Girl Dies Following 25-Foot Fall at Pueblo Youth Event

A 13-year-old girl, Joeylin Kenley McDonald, died after falling approximately 25 feet through the attic floor during a youth event at the Rocky Mountain SER (RMSER) after-school program in Pueblo, Colorado. The incident occurred on Friday evening when Joeylin and four other children, unsupervised, accessed a room with a ladder leading to the attic, where she fell through the ceiling onto the gym floor below.
