Knicks, 76ers Set for Abu Dhabi Preseason Games

The NBA has announced that the New York Knicks and Philadelphia 76ers will play two preseason games on October 2 and 4, 2025, at Etihad Arena on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, marking the league's fourth consecutive year of staging games in the UAE. The games are part of a multi-year partnership with Abu Dhabi's Department of Culture and Tourism to promote global basketball growth through extensive youth and fan engagement programs, with broadcasts reaching over 200 countries. The Knicks will be represented by Jalen Brunson, Karl-Anthony Towns, and Mikal Bridges, while the 76ers roster includes Joel Embiid, Paul George, and Tyrese Maxey, each with prior Abu Dhabi experience. This series represents the Sixers' first international trip since 2018 and the Knicks' first overseas appearance since 2019.
