Grace Griffith Crowned First Runner-Up Australian Rodeo Queen 2025

The rodeo community continues to celebrate and preserve its vibrant culture through various events and initiatives across the United States and Australia. Grace ‘Gigi’ Griffith from Traralgon was crowned first runner-up in the 2025 Australian Rodeo Queen Quest, where she will represent rodeo events nationwide, promote the rural community, and has raised substantial funds supporting young rural women and farming families. In the U.S., the International Lineman's Rodeo has expanded to include a Kids Rodeo, emphasizing family participation and community spirit. Meanwhile, Black cowboy culture is gaining recognition through events like The Sweet Tooth Rodeo and the Bill Pickett Invitational Rodeo, which honor the legacy and contributions of African American cowboys historically overlooked in mainstream rodeo narratives.
