Prenetics Completes $48M Equity Offering

Prenetics Global completed an oversubscribed equity offering raising approximately $46.8–$48 million to accelerate international expansion of its IM8 supplement and to scale a corporate Bitcoin treasury, with the deal potentially generating $212–$216 million if all warrants are exercised. The financing attracted crypto-native and traditional investors including Kraken, Exodus, GPTX (Jihan Wu), DL Holdings and American Ventures, while celebrity/backer investors Aryna Sabalenka and Adrian Cheng increased stakes and David Beckham remains an equity partner and brand ambassador. Prenetics is executing a “1 BTC per day” accumulation strategy and holds about 268–275 BTC (roughly $31 million as of Oct. 27), and expects total liquidity of about $131 million after the raise. IM8 is the company's growth engine, having reached $100 million in annual recurring revenue within 11 months and projected to deliver $160–$200 million in 2026 as Prenetics targets $1 billion in annual revenue and $1 billion in Bitcoin holdings within five years. The financing announcement coincided with sharp share-price volatility — the stock fell about 22% to close near $13.08 before a modest after-hours rebound.
