18-Year-Old Dies, Two Injured in Plymouth Head-On Crash

A head-on, two-vehicle crash in Plymouth on Friday morning left an 18-year-old driver dead and two others hospitalized, police said. The collision, reported about 8:25–8:30 a.m. in the area of 155 State Road/Route 3A, involved a 2025 Honda Civic and a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee, both suffering heavy front-end damage. The Honda’s driver, an 18-year-old male from Plymouth, was found unresponsive and pronounced dead at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital‑Plymouth; his 17-year-old passenger was treated for non‑life‑threatening injuries. The Jeep’s driver, a 47‑year‑old Plymouth woman, was transported to South Shore Hospital; authorities have not released names or detailed injury statuses.
