Santa Ana High Student Killed, Two Injured in Stabbing

A stabbing outside Santa Ana High School on Wednesday afternoon resulted in the death of one male student and injuries to two others, all of whom attended the school. The attack took place just after classes ended, near the entrance and close to Heninger Elementary School. Authorities now believe the incident may be gang-related and initially searched for at least two high school-aged male suspects. Police later indicated that two suspects had been detained. In response, all after-school activities were canceled, crisis counselors were provided, and officials assured families that there was no ongoing threat to the community. The investigation remains active, and the identities of those involved have not yet been released.
