Family honors 'kind' NHS worker killed in Lytham crash
Thomas Pritchard, a 29-year-old NHS administrator described by his family as kind, caring, and helpful, died after his red Mini crashed into a tree on Ballam Road in Lytham. He was looking forward to moving in with his long-term partner and was known for his willingness to help others and his love of cycling. Police responded to the scene around 10pm, where Pritchard was pronounced dead. A 19-year-old man driving a black Seat Ibiza was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and has been released under investigation as enquiries continue. Authorities are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage of the incident to come forward. Pritchard's family and police have expressed deep sorrow over his death and asked for public assistance in the ongoing investigation.
