Hyatt House Plans 127-Key Extended-Stay Hotel Debut in Noida NCR

Hyatt Hotel Corporation is set to debut its Hyatt House brand in India’s National Capital Region with a 127-key extended-stay hotel in Noida’s Sector 140A, part of the mixed-use development called The Flagship. Owned by IT Infrastructure Park Private Ltd, a subsidiary of CRC Group, the hotel aims to cater primarily to corporate and business travelers, including project-based professionals, international visitors, and those relocating for work. The property will offer residential-style accommodations and amenities such as a fitness center, outdoor pool, recreational zone, a 125-seat all-day dining restaurant, poolside bar, and a market-style café. Additionally, it will feature large conference and event spaces designed to host corporate meetings, symposiums, training sessions, and social gatherings. This launch responds to the rapid economic growth in Noida and Greater Noida, driven by expanding industries like IT/ITeS, electronics manufacturing, automotive, and food processing, which is increasing demand for premium extended-stay lodging. Hyatt positions this hotel as a preferred choice for both transient and long-term corporate stays in this emerging business hub.
