Dallas Maps Heat Risk, Faces Police Officer Lawsuit

Meanwhile, Dallas HERO, the group behind Prop U, has threatened to sue the city for not maintaining the required police force size, stating the city is several hundred officers short and has a deadline to comply or face litigation.
