Man killed on Norfolk I-264 fleeing ICE pursuit

A man fleeing from a pursuit initiated by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) was struck and killed by a 2002 Ford pickup truck while attempting to cross Interstate 264 in Norfolk, Virginia.
