Lyft Launches Free Nationwide Cash Rewards Loyalty Program

Lyft has launched an early access pilot for its new loyalty program, Lyft Cash Rewards, aimed at frequent riders who want to earn cash back without paying a membership fee. Riders can earn between 2% and 5% back on funds they auto-reload onto their Lyft Cash account, with higher tiers offering additional perks such as free cancellation fee credits and complimentary ride upgrades. The program is designed to reward loyal customers, particularly those who have been using Lyft for many years or who reside in the San Francisco Bay Area, and could expand nationally in the future. Lyft Cash Rewards differs from Lyft's other subscription programs like Lyft Pink and Price Lock by requiring no monthly fee, making it competitive against Uber’s paid Uber One loyalty program.
