Somalia PM Reshuffles Cabinet, Appoints New Defence Minister Amid Al-Shabaab Threats

Somalia’s Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre announced a cabinet reshuffle, reassigning key positions in response to escalating security threats from al-Shabaab insurgents and internal political challenges.
