FBI arrests third suspect in North Carolina kidnapping case
Three suspects, identified as Eleodoro Estrada-Hernandez and siblings Paola and Miguel Angel Duran Duran, have been arrested in connection with the kidnapping of a mother and her baby from their Garner, North Carolina home. Authorities report the trio broke in armed and masked, demanded a $1 million ransom from a man in the home, and, when refused, tied him up and abducted his wife and infant daughter. An Amber Alert was issued, and the victims were found safe in Wake Forest the following morning. The suspects face multiple charges, including first- and second-degree kidnapping, assault by pointing a firearm, and possession of a firearm by a felon. Law enforcement agencies, including the FBI and local police, worked together for the swift arrests. The investigation continues into the circumstances surrounding the incident and potential motives.
