London Travel Disrupted; Gatwick Tops Delay Rankings

London commuters are experiencing major travel disruptions due to overrunning engineering works between London Paddington and Southall, affecting the Elizabeth line, Great Western Railway, and Heathrow Express, with delays expected until late morning.
