ENOC and Amazon UAE Collaborate to Transform Retail Experience

ENOC, a Dubai government-owned integrated energy player, and Amazon UAE have entered a strategic partnership to enhance customer convenience and delivery efficiency across the UAE through a memorandum of understanding. This collaboration combines ENOC's extensive retail network with Amazon's advanced technologies, including faster delivery solutions and Just Walk Out technology, allowing customers to shop without checkout counters. Amazon plans to repurpose select ENOC sites as quick-delivery hubs to accelerate last-mile delivery, reduce travel distances, and ease traffic congestion while supporting sustainable urban development goals. ENOC will also expand its digital presence by offering its products on Amazon.ae for the first time. Both companies aim to reshape the retail experience by bringing everyday essentials closer to consumers and elevating online and in-store customer experiences.
