Taylor, who plays for Carmel Catholic High School in Illinois, cited strong relationships with head coach Matt Rhule and quarterbacks coach Glenn Thomas as key factors in his decision, highlighting Nebraska’s pro-style offense and developmental track record for quarterbacks.
