US Plans Deportation of Kilmar Abrego Garcia to Liberia by October 31

The administration has previously attempted to deport him to several other countries, including Uganda, Eswatini, and Ghana, but has faced legal challenges. Abrego Garcia is also facing criminal charges for alleged human smuggling, which he denies, and argues the administration is using his detention vindictively. His legal team continues to challenge the deportation efforts, citing concerns over potential re-deportation to El Salvador and the hardship imposed by relocating him to a country with which he has no connection.
